Why did you start cycling?
I started cycling when I was about 6 years old inspired by my brother, cousin and dad who are all competitive cyclists. I have participated in a number of different formats of competitive cycling including BMX, mountain biking, road and most recently track cycling. My passion for cycling is based on the challenges it offers in terms of pushing my physical performance and strength levels whilst also working to improve my bike handling skills and race strategy, not forgetting the thrill from the high speeds I can achieve.
What is your favourite training session?
Racing is the best training of all.
